| A state in the international community uses its powers , capacities and potentials in various ways, in accordance with its interests and achieved influence to accomplish what it deems appropriate for its foreign policy . It is worth to say that the United States is no exception to this case. It tries to facilitate the objectives of its foreign policy by virtue of its power, wealth and expanding influence.
