| The topic area of that’s research dealing with role of President Vladimir Putin in planning and making new Strategy of Russia, Russian President Vladimir Putin sought after he seized the power to restore the prestige of Russia's international dignity as well as maintaining security and sovereignty, preserve the to the Nuclear Armory, which will be great influence upon its role and return to play an essential influential role in International politics as great power. The role of President Vladimir Putin was very significant as Russian Strategy making processer, that’s new Russian Strategy based upon stand against American hegemony, opposite stretched NATO, toward Russian borders and groups of Commonwealth, the researcher try to answer and argued about all controversial questions of New Russian Strategy during region of President Vladimir Putin and his role of making that’s new Srategy. | ||
