| So our hypothesis is that the problematic is not new but it return to the beginning of Iraqi modern state foundation in 1921 starting with its royal era through the four republic covenants which ruled Iraq and ending with the American occupation in 2003 . this problematic caused by non _ possession the state of bureaucratic devise capable of dismantling traditional structures of society and the state that worked to produce itself for many decades and what resulting from the lack of sense of common belonging to Iraqi national identity | ||
