Abstract

And yet ... These are a number of our findings, and recommendations that come out is through what we collected and what the Lord God Almighty to him in this search. The results are: 1. Consideration should be given to the Islamic doctrines as the doctrine of one in mind, including the doctrine of Alokhzmn all agree the evidence, and fits the spirit of the times, and the time and place and the case and necessary; because the weak tradition when necessary palatable to all. 2. The compassion and amplitude with a flood of scholars in different imams saying the mercy of the capacity of the nation is to open the door of ijtihad, jurisprudence or opinion, and not the same difference, because the right one. 3. The difference in the point of view of imams, God bless them in the understanding of Islamic law and apply the law it indicates that it truly timeless, and it is valid for every time and place. Do not stand in the process of a dark individual or group. Not to cause offense by one. If one of the two views resulted in hardship at some time or the time of the times must-determination to the opinions of others. Both the two views and good work done is acceptable and reasonable. 4. Acceptance of dissent way to get to the truth and the right thing, which is all-too-hard-working or jurist, not imams doctrines up to what they arrived to him, only after consideration and reflection on the views of other ex-them and contemporaries, and put in the balance derived from forensic evidence rules. 5.
