| Abstract | ||
| There are many studies started on the subject of consensus, as well as in the measurement, but we have tried to address the subject deals with convening a consensus based on the measurement guide. We have tried a statement meaning session and then a statement of consensus in language and terminology and measurement also a statement, and I've Pena types consensus cited by scholars, and this was all in the first section and the second section has included a statement of the scholars in the matter, then evidence of every doctrine and discussed, and after that statement most correct opinion, and we ended Find some our findings through research. This is a human effort, which don't empty from errors, so what was rightly is from Allah, and what was wrong is from me and devil and praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. | ||
