| Abstract | ||
| The developing countries and their societies are facing a societies are facing a serious problem represented by the financial and management corruption which imply limitations on development process , infrastructures , financial and managerial capacity , and security . Thus , the states of those countries become unable to make progress in many needed aspects of the development process . As many concerned with the problem of corruption and its remedy , they agreed on the need to put institutional frame work for limiting that problem by specific steps that leading in the end to support economic development process . | ||
