| Abstract | ||
| Does not reveal began from the problem expressed by a number of questions of intellectual and practical, and that the goal of which is framing the theoretical study variables in order to support the system of knowledge in general and the pipeline company in particular, and while on a practical level it is a test planned hypothesis of the study, including contents of variables. The study Has focused on six hypotheses Chairperson,has developed three hypotheses of them to prove a correlation between the variables of the study,and two to determine the size of the implications of that relationship, and put the hypothesis sixth to measure the impact of indirect by measuring the effect of each of the strategic audit & Information Technology individually in building the perfect organization. The study found a number of conclusions most important validation of the hypothesis sixth namely, that the strategic audit in the company researched integrates presence and information technology functions, and thus contribute to building the perfect organization, so the company develop policies and practices that help individuals to share and exchange information and management, and this demonstrates that the increase use of information technology leads to the strengthening of the strategic audit practices, as well as also reached lack of adoption of the pillars of the perfection organization in the company researched. In conclusion, the researcher presented a set of recommendations was the most prominent of the need to encourage the company researched the use of IT jobs to help managers and decision makers and support them, to achieve their work quickly and accurately and efficiently, and its contribution to the activation of the audit strategic because of its features and benefits based upon all organizations. | ||
