| This research aims to determine the nature of the relationship and influence between empowerment of human resources and the success of organizations leading, as a human resources the most important resources owned by organizations compared to other resources enjoyed by, and the achievement of the pilot became necessities to ensure the survival of the organization and its continuation under the environment in which it operates, The indicated research problem to the existence of a distinct lack of use enable human resources as a policy to ensure the success of organizations pioneering, and selected General Company of Railways Hodeidah as a field of application, was selected sample random sample Albesbt consisting of (43) members of the human resources in the company above, have been adopted The questionnaire as a tool for research data that has been prepared based on the number of scales ready yet subject to tests of validity and reliability, and use statistical software ready (SPSS) in the introduction and analysis of research data, and statistical tools used in the analysis: "The percentage of repeat, the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, the correlation coefficient of Spearman, and simple linear regression ", has resulted in statistical tools for a number of results confirmed mostly on the presence of correlation and the effect of significance to enable human resources in the success of organizations pioneering, and it recommended the researcher need to increase interest in the organization surveyed enable employees and in a form that is reflected in the improvement of their performance and thus the performance of the organization as a whole. | ||
