| The Judgments of the Mother Receiving Remuneration for Breastfeeding A comparative Juristic study This study aimed at explaining the judgments of the mother receiving remuneration for breastfeeding in Islamic jurisprudence a comparative study amongst juristic schools. It followed the inductive and the comparative descriptive analytical methods. The study showed the linguistic and idiomatic meanings of breastfeeding and remuneration. It dealt with the judgments of related issues such as; the compulsion of the mother for breastfeeding, the mother taking remuneration for breastfeeding during the bond of marriage, the breastfeeding during the revocable divorce , the breastfeeding during the irrevocable divorce and at the end of marriage relationship. The study revealed several results including: the mother does not deserve remuneration during the bond of marriage and revocable divorce, and deserve remuneration during irrevocable divorce and after the end of marriage relationship. The study recommended the teaching of the judgments of the mother receiving remuneration for breastfeeding in universities.
