| Some of the liquefied jurisprudence that have already been addressed by scholars to research and investigation, and Benoit provisions, They cited Halalha and Hramha, however, that some of these issues was raised controversy around again because of the evolution of the circumstances and the need to adapt indeed idiosyncratic, or because of the work the fatwas of a previous violation adopted by a group of contemporary scholars. Such differences confuse the financial market, and confuse the sales, and perhaps some expansion in branch license and what the new branches which increases the capacity of the problem, especially in light of the diversity of contemporary forms of sales. It is these old issues incident the sale of ornaments in installments, differed around the forerunners, and the circle of the previous dispute confined to a narrow, but it has expanded today, and became websites publish different opinions that find their way into people simply and conveniently. This research is an attempt to shed light on this controversy, a statement of evidence the difference, discussed and assembled in one place to reach the most correct opinion on them. | ||
