| Praise be to Allah, prayer and peace on the best messengers of Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions. After: Aaadalgmae basic ingredient of human life is not a life without food, thus creating Bari Almighty life, this food is not just food and drink intake man that develops his body, but an essential element of legitimacy Anassertkoan structure of the human being. Therefore, we believe that the Islamic Sharia through legislative texts from the Quran and Sunnah and sayings of scholars have begun and codified laws for abuse of food industry, stockpiling and transfer to the intake and consumption according to the etiquette set for this important topic. Muslim unchanged Like any other human being needs food and with the industrial revolution in the field of food processing see that many of the legal controls for the manufacture of food has been wasted for the emergence of international health controls for this manufacturing and this is something that affects the formation of individual Muslim dramatically. This research sheds light on the idea of food in Islamic jurisprudence legitimate and legal texts governing food industries, and how Muslims have formed a special diet provides for a person Gmaesahaa. | ||
