Abstract
1.The comparative exposition is a long topic,and it's not easy enough to contain it in this research, but needs an independent research to discus it's issues,and it's fair enough for me to ope it and remark to the headlins of some issues. 2. We know well that, this type of exposition is new in our present time,but it's existence amng the jurisprudents as a scientific term doesn't known well,so it is necessary to signalize it an put rules or it. This what i clarified and signalized it according to wha i have founded in researching and extrapolation in order to give it a specified definiton,cause it takes care of sayings of jurisprudentan and his method.in addition to that, the origin of the word is a point of discussion and argument languagily, but i showed the opinions which i have fouded and gave my opinion which Jurisprudential academy in Kairo had admited it's rightness.but the point of argument is to give the absolute term originally on stabilitive not on comperative. 3.A group of types to explain the QURAN taste had appeared to dal with,wether it is totaly, analytically,or subjectively in order to reveal it in a perfect image to expose this huge great of HOLY QURAN. 4.The origins of comperative exposition had appeared since the first prophet age,and then the cmpanians age,and then,and then,to witness the stories of struggle among the scolars of the nation in past and in present time,and it is existed in their writing, and they refered to it in their preludes inspite of it's appearance in theoretical studies at the begining of last century. 5.The study showed that THE HOLY QURAN is a huge cabnit of all sciences and applicability arts,so the comperative researchr should realize this point and know well how yo deal with it without neglect any science or art,this which stimulates me to write a full section which vstigate the conection between these sciences and arts with comperative exposition. 6.ALSHAREA'A doesn't prohibits the diference in exposition,and this leads to plying and forethought but within limits and conditions,and this job is the speciality of the comparator,and he couldn't specifies his path without realize it's two types:the varietal and the oppositive. 7.The comperative exposition ends with preference,but there is must be mechanism which the comperative rsearcher depends on it in order to to follow the methodical steps to study the verses of QURAN which have the variances between expositors,and put a method through practical and scientifical steps supported with applied examples. 8.Continuing the comperative exposition the general direction,and study many issues which connected with expostion of the HOLY QURANand it's sciences inductively.It's known well that the past studies about the methods of expositors and their opinions doesn't complete,which open a wide field of comperative exposition, which based on gathering, criticizing,and comparing. 9. Assembling some results which the expositors presented to ease understanding THE HOLY QURAN,and stand against alot of traditional opinions about exposition of THE HOLY QURAN and give the satisfactory Replacements about these opinios in order to serve and stick up for THE QURAN TEXT.
