| Abstract | ||
| After having reviewed the ambassador in Islam and talked about it to the most important conditions to be provided and the size of responsibility which he should take , and cause he reflects the civilized face of the state which represented , and the successor or the governor whom they represented, then we mentioned the duties and jobs which he should take to fulfill it. on the other hand, Prophet or Ambassador has privileges to be enjoyed when e take his job , and at the end of his envoy as a representive of his country, and through this Waller i found these following results 1.The Islamic relegion advocates of human communication , and doesn't abolish the presence of others , and Islam is a communicative state with other nations , and communication only be done through the messenger or envoy who representing the Islamic state to the other countries. 2.Embassy is the branch of AL Jihad in Islam , which is one of the important acts of worship , which achiev through the call to God peacefully or forcely , so the ambassadors considered as ALMujahideen whom they take responsibility in order to uphold the word of religion. 3.There are two types of embassies , one called a temporary embassy which is sent a special mission to accomplish a particular job, and it's mission ends when the job ends , and the other type is a permanent embassy which is headed by a state appoints a person in rank of ambassador. whom 4.The ambassador in Islam carries a human, legal,and civilized,and it is one of his job which he should take care of, and that is in the interest of the Islamic State, which seeks to achie with other countries , and the success of this matter depends on it. 5.TheAmbassador of the Islamic must reside at the foreign country in order to Report the whole message , and then delivered the answer to other state. 6.The ambassador to be familiar with the language of the country in which it operates to be able to do his job and achieve its intended purpose , and for this , we find that the ambassador whom the Prophet was sending to other nations were speaking the language of the country they sent to. 7.Ambassadors should be chosen carefully so that they are on a high degree of efficiency and responsibility , and that they are the owners of the experience cause they reflect the civilized face of the sending state 8.The messenger or ambassador must oblige the limits of his job , and must not overstep it to other things which do not connect with it. 9.The islamic ambassador must defend on issues of islamic nation,and clarify the principles of islamic religion then spread it. 10.Ambassador temporary work ends as soon as the authorization ends. the permenant job of the ambassador will end as soon as one of both countries decides to do that. 11.By the of the work of Ambassador,he will lost the privileges hich has granted to him from the country which he works for,and his country should be responsible to give him some of priviliges if there is a necessity to stay at the islamic country. 12.The correct method should be used when messages edits to kings, princes, and leaders. | ||
