Abstract
Thanks to God to complete this research after abig efforts have been made ,i found the following results: .1.The keeping of the religion of Islam and the Arabic language is one of the most important duties of the Muslim ruler and Muslim governments. 2. There is strong coherence between the religion of Islam and the Arabic language and this coherence makes weaken the Arabic language is to weaken the Islamic religion.. 3. the Arabic language since the beginning of the foreign occupation of Muslim lands,is exposing to a severe violent attack in several ways in order to weaken the Arabic language and separated from the Islamic religion. 4. The most important and most dangerous means of attack to the Arabic language is the teaching of foreign languages at most of Muslim countries , " and the Arab world in particular " and trying to keep out the Arabic language about the field of education. 5. The Recent scientific studies have shown , that the teaching of foreign languages to children in early age has a negative impact on a mother language and child alike , especially in the Arab world , because there is a significant difference between Arabic and other foreign languages. 6.The legal judgment to learn foreign languages is obligatory for a particular individuals if the nation needs to know foreign language and prohibited if it affects negatively " to learn the Quran and the Arabic language. 7. It must be on Arab and Islamic governments to enact laws that keeps the Arabic language and apply these laws.
