| Abstract | ||
| Through my studies of this research is marked ( Ahluthema at the era of ALrashdeen Caliphs ) , I was able to get some of the results, which are followed: 1.Scholars have cited multiple definitions of Ahluthema , and through these definitions is clear to us that Themi is every infide ev versed free ,adult ,free from paying tribute,and remains on his religion which he believes. 2. I have the text of Islam to become Themmi in the country's state-submmit to Islamic state after giving them the Covenant and security of themselves and their property and their women and children and to ensure their religious freedoms and civil exchange for their commitment to a set of commitments in the forefront of the performance of the tribute ,in addition to a number of limits and conditions drawn by Islamic law to adjust the various forms of lives of these religious minorities within the borders of Islam state. 3. Islam had put a clear curriculum in treatment of Muslims to other religions , Islam had put to them rights such as the Muslims , it has ensured that Muslim and non-Muslim has same rights that he can not live unless felling of security , freedom and peace only , and these rights are the right to freedom of belief and worship and the right to security from external aggression and the right to security and protection and the right in the infallibility of his body from harm as well as right in the infallibility of his money and his own property insurance on his life , and also Islam had protected non-Muslims from killing, also protected their bodies from beatings and torture , it is not permissible to harm their bodies , even if they were late or refrained from performing of Finance duties like ALJISYA. 4. Islam has given the rights and freedoms of non-Muslims to worship in the verse: ( There is no compulsion in religion ) , also Islam has protected non-Muslims and their temples patronized the sanctity of their rituals. 5. Islam is concerned with peace , was invited to live with Muslims and non-Muslims in a society dominated by security and peac. 6. Islam forbade the torture of non-Muslims if they do not pay ALjisya according to the word of Imam Umar ( may Allah be pleased upon him ) : ( When did you enslave people whil they were born free. they ). 7. the Prophet ( peace be upon him ) had defined the politic of ALmadina state, saying: ( for any of Jew or Christian , it is faithful to them their money and they have the same rights of what Muslim is carry on. 8. ALkhulafa'a ALrashdun had followed the path of the Messenger of Allah ( bless and peace be upon him ) and his method in their dealings with other religions in terms of Liberality and non- sabotage their monasteries and other principles of Islam Riligion. | ||
