| Abstract | ||
| of prayer, and Hadith of zakat, and recently for fasting and pilgrimage. Theses Hadiths despite of difference between companions about diligence , prophet has admitted them. Therefore, this can be reason to show legitimacy of deference of diligence in sayings of companions. 3. In this humble research I stopped on reports of prophet (peace be upon him) to difference of companions' diligence and its indication at jurists in many derived provisions. Here is the idea of research. 4. I tried my best to show this humble research in good picture, so if it is right so that is from please and generosity of Allah, or if it is mistake so this is from weak servant, and there is no power but yours. I ask Allah to make this work pure for him and make it in his books ،he is aurally and respondent. Allah I ask you to forgive my parent, you are merciful and compassionate Last our saying is all praise to Allah the lord of worlds Prayer and pease of Allah on prophet peace be upon him and on all his family and companions. | ||
