Abstract
Knowledgemanagement and organizational creativity are the subject that must be studied due to its importance to each organization since when the objectives of the organizations are not only to be survive, but to be distinguish through the creativity and innovation .The problem of research is to recognize the impact of acquiring as well as providing information and freedom of usage in the development and subsidizing creativity cases in the studied organization .The research is aimed at introduce the two concepts, knowledge management and systematic creativity, and to illustrate the nature and influence in between moreover , is to understand the way to use knowledge for consolidating the ability for creativity . A deliberate sample of senior managers in the company is selected and a questionnaire is used to collect data. The number of recovered sheets was (26) from total of (30). The results have shown that the knowledge management "of both the implicit and explicit" have an obvious relation and impacts on the organizational creativity, however, the implicit knowledge has more obviously impact in comparison with the explicit knowledge. Logically, the creativity process is creative depends on the formation of creativity thinking in the organization, and this can be confirmed through the significance of relationship and impact of implicit knowledge in the organizational creativity.
