| Abstract | ||
| The corruption phenomenon became like a fatal epidemic that threatens the organizations in general or particularly in all over the world . This phenomenon occupied an increasing significance over the last decade of the 20th century. The last years witnessed massive efforts by the governments and international organizations. The researcher studied the phenomenon and inquired deeply all its aspects and consequences as well as its connection to the fatal unemployment by conducting a research sample on 30 persons who are chairmen and department managers in Baghdad governorate ,Al adhamiya district ,thus the researcher collected the information in field by designing a questionnaire form,the information were tackled statistically by using (sppss) program.Accordrdingly, the researcher concluded some results of a mutual and moral relation between the corruption kinds (administrative, financial and technical ect )and the faked unemployment beside there is an enormous influence on the faked unemployment . as well as some recommendations to consider the research results and apply them at research en vironment | ||
