| The present research introduces an opinion to the appearance of Accounting science and its developing .It depends on inductive & deductive the Accounting principles , concepts &hypotheses through studying& analysis holy QuranicAyaswhich contain the evidences that improve the existence of Accounting science among the ancient ones .
