| The search aimed at recognizing the impact of emotional intelligence on managing excellence in a sample of tourism organizations, generally the search also aimed recognition emotional intelligence level and its contribution in making expansion of How the enablers and the elements of managing excellence effect in tourism organizations in Iraq. The search problem focused on how to investigate the application reality of emotional intelligence and its Sub-dimensions (self-awareness, managing emotions, Self-Motivation, understanding and managing of conscience, social skills) in tourism organizations in Iraq, and its relation in developing and applying enablers and elements of managing excellence by recognition sub-applications of every element of managing excellence elements (leadership, policies/ strategies, managing human resource, managing operations, relationships and resources, customer focus "guest" and "business results". Respondents were chosen by selecting a simple random sample of search population ,(250)questionnaires were distributed ,sent to many of tourist organizations managers or their deputies or planning and developing units managers or quality unit officials in that tourism organizations if it found .(217)questionnaires of search tool were retrieved, (33) questionnaires were missed and (7) questionnaires were excluded from the search due to data lack. so the final questionnaires number submitted under the search is (210), i.e. of (84%) ratio. The search concluded many conclusions , most important is representing the managing excellence as a new scientific field especially its applied side that work on providing a wide abilities to the business organizations in excellence , superiority , leadership and creativity in framework of managing excellence enablers and elements. The search recommended many of recommendations , most important is concern of recognition emotional intelligence level at managers and their deputies , planning and quality managers in tourism organizations in Iraq . |
