| Abstract | ||
| Iraqi experienced ademocratic period during the last decade , seriously affected the poorest sections of the society .Rising illiteracy , on the other hand , deteriorated the matters. This paper aimed at providing new and innovative solutions to alleviating poverty in Iraq The first solution is to change principles inherited inside Iraqies , that the state has to offer every thing . The study concluded on adopting a three folds policies to eradicate poverty in Iraq . The first dimension concentrate on strengthening the economic growth ; through expansion , rural and agricultural development , and upper Iraq growth consolidation . The second dimension deals human development ; through developing education , providing training and improving health of the entire population . Civil society should also participate in developing the society . The last dimension concerns with social welfare , social policies and subsides . | ||
