Abstract
The research endeavors to examine the relation and influence of Entrepreneurial Leadership and its renowned dimensions in managerial concept (proactive, risk-taking, opportunities investment, creativity and invention) and enriching the life, being as one of the most significant factors in human resource investment. In order to achieve the sought aim of this research, one main hypothesis and other secondary hypotheses have been formulated in this context. The research has reached a number of significant conclusions; of the most important is the positive and strong relation between Entrepreneurial Leadership and enriching the life of employees working in the affiliated companies of the Iraqi Ministry of Transportation. The research is also confirms the relation among Entrepreneurial Leadership variables and enriching the life of employees, and concluded that Iraqi Ministry of Transportation is an Entrepreneurial Leadership organization which has the readiness and capability to manage the transport sector in Iraq, through the capability of its managers to invest in Entrepreneurial Leadership variables in terms of enriching the life of employees. Finally, the research has submitted a number of recommendations in light of conclusions reached.
