| Abstract | ||
| A researcher in the study deals with the impact of information technology to achieve cognitive competence to ensure the strategic success as an expression for the need to use information technology to increase scientific knowledge to achieve the cognitive competence effectively and guarantee strategic success organizations. The problem of the stueln is the lack of cognitive abilities for employees to a deal with available and new information technology in away which insure precision in usage which could be clarified by raising questions over the level of information technology the competence of knowledge owned by the organization and the relationship and the impact of all of them with each other. The researcher study concluded that the level and quality of cognitive competence plays an important role as for individuals in determining how to deal with information technology , materially and intellectually (tangible and intangible) ,in amanner which and ensure achievement of the current strategic success . | ||
