| Abstract | ||
| The public sector in modern stats is expanding noticeably despite the active private sector this phenomena exist in all developing countries despite the eco-socio system they have. This happened because of the dependency of Daily activities on government provided services (public sector services) this will result in a noticeable increase in the work force of the public sector to manage and run the public sector facilities to provide the required services so it’s not abnormal to notice the functional and administrative inflation. The expansion of the functional and administrative aspects will result in an increase in the public sector expenditure which will require an increase in the public operational budget without adding any increase or enhancement in the provided services. | ||
