| Abstract | ||
| Entrepreneurial Orientation is a relevant construct in strategic management research. Despite this relevance, there is hardly a consensus about its definition, dimensions and measurement, what limits advances in research and understanding of the concept . This research aims at measuring the entrepreneurial Orientation of industrial small business . The population of the research is the owners of small business that founded from Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in Iraq . The research adopted the stratified random sampling technique and using survey data gathered from 120 small business . Descriptive analysis shows that Entrepreneurial Orientation dimensions Different to achieve in the direction of small business researched and recommended the need to include the dimensions of Entrepreneurial orientation as criteria for acceptance of small business in the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
