| Abstract | ||
| 1_ The opposition on Sultan (ruler), if he draws the nation to division, so the better is to leave it and to bear the absolution and this is clear in an approach of Imam Malik 2_ The jurisprudent have to go deeply into the social coyness to know the purpose of any dealings and the subsequences of them 3_ As the meanings are not infinite so, the derivation of principle cannot be stopped because there are needs for bringing back the new meanings to their rules and basis. 4_ the speech of (Sahabi) companion is a proof to Imam Malik and this for people of principle also 5_peasoning with followers talks intends to restrict the disagreement and not every talk of authority of people of Madina can talk it because there is speech cited from the prophet Mohammed 6_ taking the approbation facilitates the Islamic jurist’s rules that Allah didn’t restrict this is principle of Imam Malik which leads to improving the matter of independent reasoning because the origin of interest is great so only the great scholars can drive in it 7_ From principles of Imam Malik is taking into account the disagreement as balance of whom want to work all related the different issue | ||
