Abstract
1. The enjoyment: ( is a money paid by a man to the divorced woman) it is rightful that Islamic law didn’t overlook about, though a lot of personal status courts didn’t work with whether in Iraq or in other countries. 2 .The enjoyment of divorced: is money paid by a man to his divorced woman as compensation for the harm she suffered he caused for her .and many of women overlook about this, it should be defined and showing the wisdom of the community. 3 . The enjoyment is obligatory for every divorced except this whom she was the reason of divorce and the law gave it to her for easing the pain of separation. 4 . The enjoyment is related to state of the husband and the judgment is for law depending on time and place and because the money that had been agreed in the contract of marriage varies from time to time so the justice doesn’t achieve. So, the decision is for the judge , for achieving the justice and ensuring the right of a divorced woman. 5 . The scholars agreed that enjoyment would decay if the woman was the cause of separation.
