Abstract
ملخص البحثمن ألاهداف ألاساسية لكل المجتمعات ألانسانية ألتطور وألنمو والتنمية في كل ألمجالات ألخاصة بالحياة الاجتماعية وألاقتصادية وألسياسية ,وألمجتمع ألعربي بشكل عام وألعراقي بشكل خاص امام مشكلات كثيرة تعيق هذا ألنمو وألتطور,وعلى رأس هذه ألمعوقات مشكلات ألمرأة ألعربية وألعراقية ألناتجة من ترسبات ومتغيرات تلعب ألقيم ألسائدة في المجتمع ألعربي وألعراقي ألدور ألاول في اعاقة مثل هذا التطور وألنمو,خاصة اذا علمنا ان القوى ألبشرية في ألمجتمع العراقي تشكل المرأة فيه ما يقارب (65%)من ألمجتمع,وعليه جاءت أهداف هذا البحث لتتناول بعض القيم ألسلوكيه ألسائده في ألمجتمع ألعراقي وألتي من خلالها وبروزها في شخصية ألمرأة العراقية يتم على ضوءها أن تأخذ ألمرأة مكانتها ودورها ومركزها في ألمجتمع العراقي ,ومن هذه ألقيم ألموجوده في المجتمع العراقي منها ,ألصبر ,التدبير ,ألعمل ،ألقناعه ،ألثقه بالنفس ,ألصدق وألامانه.فاذا استطاعة المرأه أن تجسد مثل هذه ألقيم في سلوكها ألاجتماعي بشكل واضح وضمن نشاطاتهه المختلفه في ألمجتمع فانها ستأخذ دورها ومكانتها ألاسريه وألاجتماعيه وسينظر لها على أنها فاعله في مجال ألمجتمع وتؤدي دورها في كل مجالات ألحياة مع أخيها ألرجل.ومجريات هذا البحث الميداني بفصوله الاربعة وبأجراءاته ألاحصائيه يوضح ذلك وصفا وتحليلا.ABSTRACTThe Social Status of Iraq woman through some behaviorism values and from the point of view of women students in college of Education for women .Field study The basic purposes in all human societies are development ,growth and improvement in all fields which are related with the social ,economic and political life .Arab society in general and Iraqi society in particular commit many problems which curb this growth and development .one of these basic problems is the problem of the Iraqi and Arabic woman .Such problems are the results of the settled and the changes of the prevailing values in the society which play the first role at curbing this development and growth .specially ,when we realize that human powers as represented by woman cover nearly (65%)from the society. As a result of that ,the aims of this study come to deal with some behaviorism values which prevail Iraqi society and through these values the personality of Iraqi woman takes its status ,role and dignity in the society .some of these social values are endurance ,work satisfaction and self confidence .If woman crystallizes those values in her social behavior in a clear way she can take her role and her status as an active woman in the social field .She can accomplish her role in all fields of life with her male brother .consequently ,she can take her status and dignity among the society . The circulations of this research in its four chapters and its field work represent clearly and completely those issues .Researcher
