Abstract
This research aims to test the relationship between the benevolent leadership and organizational outcomes at the University of Babylon test through the mediating role of organizational happiness in the workplace, as the researchers to measure the correlations and influence among the various research and testing variables, to achieve this, use the find a group of scales dealing with variables Search, research sample included the (171) individuals of the mangers at the University of Babylon, while represented resolution main tool to measure the variables of the study, were then analyze the data through a combination of advanced statistical tools, it has been proven search results research hypotheses and against which drafted a set of conclusions was the most important there is a causal relationship between the benevolent leadership and organizational and happiness in the workplace and organizational outcomes so that any improvement of the level of benevolent leadership will reflect mostly on increasing the level of organizational happiness, and that the positive impact of organizational happiness and over time will encourage individuals and motivates them to increase organizational outcomes of the University of Babylon.
