Abstract
Laboratorial Afield experiment In plant biology laboratory of the Department – College of education for pure Sciences – University of Karbala for the growing season2016. A factional factored experiment within ( CRD) with three replicates to the applied two wheat cultivars (Gandola, and Sinn alfil) Under six transactions impact of a (T0 without soak, T1 distilled water soak for 6 hours, T2 10% NaNO3soak for 6 hours, T3 20% NaNO3 soak for 6 hours, T4 distilled water soak for 12 hours, T5 10% NaNO3soak for 12 hours, T6 20% NaNO3soak for 12 hours). Results could be summarized the different cultivars effect was significant for some traits as cultivar gave Gandola, the highest values of the speed of germination, germination percentage, and the length of radical, and the power of gesture in the first count (speed germination), the power of gesture in the percentage of germination laboratory standard second timer except Class Sinn alfil, which gave the highest value in the wet weight. As for the length of chlorophyll and mother-plumularesults absence of any significant differences.T3 treatment gave the highest values to speed germination, germination percentage, and the power of gesture in the first count (speed germination), either T4 treatment gave the highest values in relation to the dry weight, the power of gesture in the percentage of germination laboratory standard second timer. The T1 gave the highest values in relation to the length of the radical. For the chlorophyll and wet weight The lack of significant differences.
