Abstract
There is no language if there are no speaker and listener . voice is considered to be the raw material for human speech which passed through stages such as : psychdogical and mental events which takes place in the speakers mind and to b e translated into speech . The speech will be presented as voices produced by organs of speech . The voice passes through air to the listener .Mental process happens in the listener mind so that he or she is required to do specific behavior or reach on represented by speech. Humans may by subjected to get effects in one of his parts of speech as a result to organic or psychological reasons or otherwise. This will produce speech disorder and the one who is effected in his parts of speech will suffer from substitution omission .or speech defects. These speech defects are produced in carious kindly such as lisp and others . Because language is one of the nations elements and human beings means of communication ,we have to treat the disorder that effects children to help them to communicate with others such as physical , psychological and speeding therapy like training to right pronunciation . Speech training is considered to be complimentary to the psychological treatment which is the most difficult kind as it is related to other lodes such as social environment particularly the parents culture which causes the defect and its sorority .the parents culture is also condoles the level of response to treatment and its speed .
