| Conclusion Praise be to God, which pleased me in writing this paper, it has been reached through which to draw conclusions, Osgelha as follows: 1. inclusion of Islamic jurisprudence, all that people need at all, there is no accident, but her rule in Islamic law, in all hurricane-country conditions, because the meanings contained in the law that covers all the incidents and set by the Day of Resurrection, we have seen what the question in the phone only and it has a rule in Islamic jurisprudence. 2. medically proven that the use of mobile medical benefits and disadvantages. 3. that the rule is permitted to use the phone unless it is used in things forbidden. 4. passport storing the Koran in the mobile phone, and it does not have the rule of the Koran unless something from the Koran does not appear on the screen, and may be touched without the purity of the presence of barrier. 5. distaste developments in the prayer movements because of the connecting rod, which were not to extinguish the tone obligatory to pay for harm. 6. permissible to use musical tones to alert contact or when to wait, but it must be taken into account in the mosques, so do not get jammed on people.
