Abstract
The present study aims to determine (Effect of adding different levels of Acetyl Salicylic Acid in drinking water on some hematological and biochemical treats of Japanese quail males reared under heat stress conditions . Used in this study (36) of male Japanese quail birds males aged 41 weeks age were divided into three treatments (12) Male / treatment. Treatment were as follows: control group fed a standard diet and without adding aspirin ASA)) to the drinking water and the second group were fed a standard fishmeal with the addition of aspirin ASA)) by 50 mg / liter of drinking water, and the third group were fed a standard fishmeal with the addition of aspirin ASA)) by 100 mg / liter of drinking water, and provided fodder and water for all groups are free and throughout the study period amounting to six weeks. The results showed that the treatment by adding ASA of 100 mg / liter of drinking water led to a significant decrease (p <0.05) in the concentration of glucose serum,and significant (p <0.05) increase in the number of WBC compared with control groups, while the results did not show a significant difference in RBC, PCV% , Hb and total protein, albumin and cholesterol concentration in blood serum compared with the control group.
