Abstract
This study was conducted to show effect of adding different levels and sources of copper sulfate and copper acetate (0, 15.30 ppm) to the diets in some recipes blood chemical bird's broiler chickens. Used in the experiment 540 chick broiler chicken a strain ROSS old one day, has been collecting blood samples from a vein Wing or brachial vein then carried out tests at the age of 21 and 42 days and collected blood samples from 12 birds / treatment (6 males + 6 females). The results indicated that the addition of copper Bmsdr inorganic (copper sulfate) and organic (copper acetate) to diets led to a significant increase in the total protein concentration, Alklopeulen, and albumin, was morally Tathera in the glucose concentration in the blood serum lipoproteins high-density HDL, and low moral in the concentration of cholesterol and Alclesredat triple and lipoproteins and a low-density lipoproteins, and LDL and a low-density very VLDL in the blood serum. Significant increase in the activity of the enzyme alkaline phosphatase Alkaline phosphatase is also found and there was no significant difference observed in the activity of the enzyme Alanine amino transferase and Aspartate amino transferase.
