| Abstract | ||
| Abstract It is shown for us during this study that the protection of the unexpressed information by contract is counted as an incapable of protection and it does not provide comprehensive system for protection.it is limited to contract protection is not able to provide legal schemes to protect the unexpected information against aggression of other on it.So , it can be protected by default law suit responsibility through the lawsuit of illegal competition rather than the lawsuit of enrichment without reason. | ||
