For the surround aspects of this research, we found it appropriate to divide the research on the subject of delegated divorce to the wife on the three topics we dealt with in the First research the concept of delegated divorce to the wife and it distributed on two demands at first demand Pena meaning delegated divorce to the wife in the second requirement Frdhana which to guide the legality of the mandate of divorce to the wife while the second section Fbgesna the legal nature of the mandate to divorce the wife has dealt with this issue on two demands Aferdna first demand to the fact that the mandate of divorce to the wife and Pena in the second mandate formulas , and in the third section dedicated to the divorce judgment Buffer mandate We have reached a conclusion that we set the most important findings and recommendations derived from this research .
