| Abstract The criminal protection for economic activities did not have the legislator interesting far of the protection to hall such activities by the method that make more or full harmony for each other to reach goal of economic policy, the protection to the economic policy need a hall modern legally focus specially in regarding with the politically changes that happened in Iraq ,and that which need to activate a new approaches that increasing harmonizing between criminal acts that organizing economic activities for the purpose of reaching economic policy goals | ||
