| Abstract In the reading of the experience of the ration card and applied in Iraq since the beginning of the nineties of the last century is clear that this experience may have contributed to a significant role in preventing a real crisis has provided this experience possibilities and food requirements of the minimum level required of the level of living and is one of the important topics of consumer goods for the Iraqi people as came as a result of factors, political, economic and social conditions has begun work ration card system (equitable distribution of foodstuffs system) when economic sanctions were imposed on Iraq in 1990 And continued working out to this day, despite proposed to call it off and because of the poor quality of food and few in number, which amounted to only five substances alternatives, some provinces announced their readiness and their ability to ration card file management and provide all the vocabulary Iraqi families, which is the ration card its main rations. | ||
