| Abstract The research deals with the legal regulation of rights of the disabilities in Iraqi legislation and its absorption of international standards ,as we reviewed all of the international and national positions of the rights of persons with disabilities , we found that the absorption of Iraqi legislation of international standards was relatively. We have seen that it takes more interference by the the Iraqi legislature, with regard to social subsidy, the scope of proof , an the sanctions of crimes, which occur against the people with disabilities and the right of electing as well as some observations related to the organization of people with disabilities and special care. | ||
