| Abstract | ||
| The importance of this research lies in the role of weights when applied in practicing skills of some motor aspects such as agility and motor responsive as well as accuracy, especially the skill of spike and this one of its own requirements, motor skills under study. The problem lies in the lack or non-use weights in manipulating weaknesses that appears motor ability of agility, kinetic responsiveness and develop accuracy of spike of BALAD club, mainly volleyball players, while the aim of the research was to identify the effect of the use of weights in the development of agility. The propose was: There is significance difference between per and posttest in agility and responsiveness as well as r the accuracy of spike skill, especially spike skill that of its own requirements. The sample was 10 players from Balad club, how registers in volleyball association (2013), the researcher used the arithmetic mean. Median, standard deviation, Coefficient of torsion for associated test (T) of the sample with either the most important conclusions that the training program . Using weights may have effect to develop agility, responsiveness and accuracy spike s skill, and that weights training may impact more on the motor response and skill accuracy and agility, and the researcher came with recommendations that use weights during training program show the importance of the development of traits, and work on research using weights in the skills and qualities of motor abilities. | ||
