| Abstract | ||
| The research aims at: 1- Expounding management performance from the perspective of football coachesand assistants in advanced football team clubs in Kurdistan region of Iraq. 2 - Identifying the levels of the management process from the perspective of football coaches in advanced football Clubs in Kurdistan region of Iraq. The researcher used the descriptive method based on survey which is appropriate with the nature of the study's problem. The study sample and consists of (52) football coaches in the investigated clubs. The study adopted the (the management performance scale for sports club managers) as a source for gathering information, the researcher used the (spss) package for statistical analysis. The study reached a number of conclusions as follows: 1- There is a difference in the level of management performance from the perspective of football coaches in advanced football clubs in Kurdistan region of Iraq. 2 -There is a difference in the level of management processes from the perspective f football coaches in advanced football clubs in Kurdistan region of Iraq. In light of the conclusions, the researcher recommended: 1- Adopting scientific methods in managing the interests of the clubs. 2- Develop the performance of managers through the establishing development courses under the supervision of competent staffs in the field of sports management. 3- Follow and scientific methods in dealing with the members and evaluate their performance objectively. | ||
