Abstract

And that the prospect of the arrival of the player to the upper levels in the field of sports Specialist become effective, if possible, from the beginning of the proper selection of the player and routed to the appropriate type of athletic activity that fits with his abilities, And it identified the problem of lack of research to follow the fundamentals of science and objectivity to the selection of young players on the adoption of special fitness battery but the selection is based on the observation of inaccurate personal experience of these coaches who lack sometimes to such scientific bases in the selection process The research aims to: 1- At a battery of fitness for the young volleyball players in the province of Kirkuk. 2- Establish appropriate standard grades special units fitness own battery.
