| Abstract | ||
| The moment the subject falls within the framework of (Time and its impact on the Islamic ruling) and here in the simplified study, we tried to highlight the moment the amount of time does it have a certain limit or is it an absolute? The answer was that one of them; for it is one of the things non-prescribed, but due to habit and custom. This concept from the Koran and the Sunnah, and scholars, and then we came several doctrinal applications from some of fiqih of worship and transactions.
