| Abstract | ||
| US to united US stepped up in the second half of the nineteenth century, and after passing the woes of its civil war, to be a political and economic weight of the global state, and to participate in international decision-making, and the result is increasingly becoming a major state, began the development of its own policies; and the adoption of global policies that will lead them into world-class status, including ((open door policy)) adopted by the end of the nineteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth century, to be the main means or pretext to pass their goals and achieve their goals in the Far East.
