RReessuullttss iinnddiiccaatteedd tthhaatt:: - The recommended training program led to statistically significant differences on all physical variables among the three measurements (pre- < intermediate < post-). - There were no statistically significant differences between the intermediate and post-measurements of the lift grip strength - The recommended training program led to statistically significant differences on the digital record of discus throwing among the three - The recommended training program had positive effects on all physical variables and the digital record of discus throwing as seen in the comparison of measurements in favor of the post-measurement. | ||
