| Abstract | ||
| The chines experience gain its importance from the industrial and improvement achievement that it is gaining while china was the most backward country, so that knowing the fundamental of this experience is the correct way when we need to plan any economic and industrial improvement process. And by that, the research is aiming to find new strategy in public industrial activities management through many policies and mechanisms must be adapted with our country privacy to reform public sector companies by getting benefit from china experience in distributing roles between public sector and private sector. The state should be gradually withdrawn from loss industrial activities, managing these companies and making a way to private initiatives by support and encourage the private investment. We end this research by introducing the conclusions and recommendations which we can make use of them.
