| The research: (The role ofhuman resource management practicesinhumancapitalinvestmentapplied researchin hospitalsandtheMinistryofHealth)Which should providehigh quality services, because of itsdirectpeople's livesandtakecareofthemphysically, "psychologically" And the problem ofthe current study,the extent ofowninghospitalssurveyedforhuman resource management practicesand in accordance with"the meaning of academicindependent variablerepresenteddimensions(staffing-incentive-training -performance appraisal ) in order to investhuman capitalas the dependent variabledimensions ofthe four(knowledge-skills -experience - innovation) usersso Applied studymethod , But on a practical level, through thefirsttwomajortesttwohypothesesdeveloped toprove the existence ofa correlationbetweenthevariablesofthe studyandthe secondtodeterminethesizeofthe impact ofthat relationship. Has been developed for eachhypothesispresidentfourhypothesessubsidiaryfor its supportin a statementcorrelationsand the impact onthe level ofdimensionalsub-variables of the study To achieve this,prepared aquestionnaireconsisting of(37), paragraph dividedon eightaxesbyfive tofourparagraphs ofeach axisand distributedthe questionnaireto a samplestudyof (106) surgeon , Were used to analyzethe following statisticalmethods(mean, standard deviationand the severity oftheanswertothe scale andthecoefficientofvariationandSpearmancorrelationcoefficientandsimpleregression) to access the result . The researchfounda set of conclusionsandrecommendations ofthemostimportant: it is creating a situation ofinterdependencewithintheframeworkofhuman resources practices, which is the firststepofthestepsistheanalysis.
