| Abstract The research aims to identify the level of overall quality of the application in the National Library and National documents and the statement of the extent of the disparity in the quality of workers in the house and the general level of beneficiary satisfaction with the quality of information services. We have research used the case study method was used stratified proportional to community workers totaling 85 form after excluding forms incomplete answer of the total and for measuring user satisfaction questionnaire distributed 35 as well as after excluding incomplete forms and exited the study results Bedding 1. The professions in Dar National Ketbwaluthaiq higher by 62.53% 2. The educational attainment of workers in Casablanca to the testimony of the mulberry Laure us higher by 54.11% 3.
