| Abstract This study aimed at investigating the role of educational school leader in building the positive environment that can foster the educational achievement culture , It focused on the main elements of educational leader ship which are building future vision , building human relations , influencing others motivation and encouragement and training the employees the study concluded that administration is no longer enough for the successful of any educational institution , there for educational leadership concept is now very much needed to be practiced in all institutions that seek success ,such practice can improve the educational institution in the human aspect as well as the material one . there is good effect of the simple of research leadership is high and the test value .T(58.616) with comparative test value(1.96) and appear the effect positive. | ||
