Abstract
Abstract It has developed the concept of public relations in many countries of the world and emerged role in many companies and government installations , but the role of the relationship is still in many government agencies and private enterprises limited still many officials and business owners do not give public relations required attention to lack of knowledge importance list on public relations activities and campaigns that have become used in many countries of the world , became the public relations industry of this century by taking advantage of all the multi-media and advanced to enlighten peoples policies and objectives of the states and the contributions of those countries in stability and global prosperity . Relations public cannot be separated from the means of communication other , which aims to document the relationship between the institution and the public and working on the transfer of a positive image of the institution and strengthens its role in building the society and, therefore, it is through research showing that public relations is at the same time Activity administrative and communicative complement each other and tried to through research to highlight its role in the government institutions , as is the case in the private sector because of their significant impact on the performance of the organization and its employees as well as clients and in spite of the importance of communication and public relations in various aspects of life , made my research this to supplement the library Arab lacking such studies and academic research specialized in the field of public relations. All this boils down through the results and conclusions reached by the researcher and we can say that the study findings to the important points as follows: 1- Work to increase understanding of the role and the importance of public relations in government institutions and can be caused in the community. 2- Activate the public relations work correctly, especially in government institutions , and that the positive impact caused in all aspects that may serve to work through the provision of services or improve the reputation of the institution or work to draw a mental picture in the minds of the audience for example, well-known trademarks . 3- The little number of specialize staff in the field of public relation . therefore, it is necessary to put the right person in the proper place
